My cat does the exact same thing, completely locked in on bird videos like it’s the most important thing in the world. From my experience, short sessions like you’re doing are totally fine as long as she’s not getting overly frustrated. I did notice mine would get a bit worked up if I let it go on too long, so keeping it brief helps. One thing that made a difference was following it up with actual play, like a wand toy, so she gets to “complete” the hunt. Otherwise they just watch and never get that payoff. Sounds like you’re already managing it well.
