Hi Gene, could you be more specific on the issue you’re seeing? A tear duct issue can range from certain breeds of cats having an inherited facial structure difference allowing tears to spill on their face instead of drain properly to a tear duct that was never patent from birth to scarred tear ducts to chronically infected ones.
