“I feel so much more connected to my cat after completing the courses.”
I still can’t believe all this valuable content is completely free. I’m excited to start using my new cat training skills!
When people understand their cats better, they make kinder choices, prevent suffering, and give them the lives they deserve. Your support helps us create courses, videos, and resources that will be free for everyone, always
As a first-time cat parent, these courses gave me confidence and clarity and helped my new kitten settle into our home perfectly.
The courses were incredibly informative, and I loved being able to pick and choose based on what I needed most.
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly do I get with my membership?
The community, every course in the Academy, unlimited vet questions (personal answers in 12–24 hours), the video library, and all the cat care tools. There's one membership level. You get everything.
Can I actually ask a vet about my specific cat?
Yes. You write out what's going on, and a real vet reads it and writes back within 12–24 hours. It's not a chatbot or some generic answer. They respond to your situation specifically. And you can ask as many times as you want. Compare that to paying $200 every time you have a question.
How is this different from free Facebook groups or Reddit?
On Reddit or Facebook, anyone can say anything. Some of it's good, a lot of it's wrong, and you can't tell which is which. Here, our vet team reviews health discussions. Bad advice gets flagged. And you can just ask a vet directly instead of trusting a stranger's guess.
What if I don't use it enough to justify the cost?
It's $2.50/month on the annual plan. The first time you get a vet answer here instead of booking a $200 appointment, you've paid for the whole year. Even if you just pop in once a month, the courses and tools are always there.
I'm getting a cat soon but don't have one yet. Should I join?
Honestly, this might be the best time. We have courses on picking the right cat, setting up your home, what to expect the first few weeks. People who prepare before adopting have a way easier time. You'll feel less panicked and your cat will settle in faster.
Can I cancel if it's not for me?
Yes. One click, you're out. No contracts, no cancellation fee, nobody's going to email you asking why. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Why does this cost anything? Your community used to be free.
Because we're paying real vets to answer your questions now. That costs money. So does keeping the courses up to date, building tools, and moderating so the community stays useful instead of turning into another noisy forum. The fee is what lets us keep the quality where it needs to be.
