Suggest a trustworthy online platform where I can order cat food easily?
Posted by Thompson on February 20, 2026 at 7:53 amI’m a working woman, and it’s very difficult for me to keep buying cat food gradually. So I need a reliable platform where I can buy cat food online without worrying and trust it completely….pls suggest online platform?

PetSmart and Chewy both offer online ordering and autoship services. That’s how I order litter. They also do that for food. Very reliable and convenient.

Hi Thompson,
I do like Chewy myself for ease of ordering. They carry a large variety of diets (OTC and prescription) and they make it easy to set up autoshipping. They also make it very easy to modify autoshipping but also to either delay an autoship if you’re getting too much of an item too soon and just want to postpone for a couple weeks to get back on track, or if you’re running low before the autoship triggers, you can have them ship an item immediately without messing up the rest of your autoship. That flexibility has been very helpful for me for food, treats, and cat litter.

Chewys prices are better than PetsMart, plus they have great customer service.

I’ve had multiple cats through out my life. I was feeding Iams 3 different ones of dry food for a long time but I noticed it’s getting crappier with fillings. So I tried multiple brands and the 3 cats ended up loving Birdie and Louie dry foods. They don’t care for any of the wet foods. It’s expensive but my cats have been very happy with the change. So far no hairballs.
Definitely hard to find foods all three cats like that’s not all fillers.

Chewy is the best! They replaced damaged items no question, and are all-around compassionate and professional. Also, if you’re a Costco member, their Kirkland Brand Maintenance dry food (purple bag) is equal in quality to Hill’s Prescription Diet, and much less expensive, as long as you get it in the store. I’ve bought it for over 25 years and never had a neutered male develop a urinary tract problem with this product. My cats have never gotten bored with it.

I have my food on autoship from chewy. I make it hard for myself and switch between 3 different brands/proteins so i do have to make sure i remove the ones i dont want for each shipment but its so easy and their customer service is amazing. I also order from open farm and havent had issues.
